BECOMING a BELEIVER
(To Succeed You Have To Believe because when you BELIEVE you will Naturally DO THE RIGHT THING)

I wish I could make you believe that YOU can GAIN MUSCLE MASS - LOSE WEIGHT - AND LIVE A HAPPIER and HEALTHIER LIFE by simply telling you my success story. Doing so might not help too much because you will probably say that whatever this man has done may work for him but may not work for me. Your doubt would be understandable. The only way I can turn you into a believer is to challenge you to only a two week exercise. After these two weeks if nothing changes for you, you can move on ... and I'll be sorry that you wasted your time. The 2 week challenge is the following:

Category 1 
You are OVERWEIGHT and You eat out (FAST FOOD RESTAURANT or any other more noble Restaurants)
STOP for two weeks. Cook your own meal, brown bag for lunch time at work. Do that for two weeks and let me know what happens 


Category 2 
You are OVERWEIGHT and You eat only 1 or 2 large meals a day,
make sure that you eat the same amount of food you used to eat, but divide it into small portions to give you at least 5 meals a day. Do that for 2 weeks and let me know what happens  (email:

Notice: By eating 5 times a day instead or 1 or 2 times a day, you may even eat a little more ... but that's OK.

Category 3 
You are OVERWEIGHT and You are a COUCH POTATO.
Walk at least 30 minutes 5 days a week (at least). Walk like you mean it. Do that for 2 weeks and let me know what happens 


If you belong to all the above categories do all three

1. DO NOT EAT in RESTAURANTS for 2 weeks

2. Eat the same amount of food you used to eat before but simply divide it into 5 small portions for the day

3. Get up and walk at least 30 minutes per day (at least 5 days a week)

This is YOUR CHALLENGE. Your life may depend on it. Do it!


*** If you can, WEIGH YOURSELF BEFORE STARTING THE 2 WEEK CHALLENGE and make a note of any thing that may bother you like back ache, headache , fatigue etc ....

If You Follow those instructions, You will become a BELIEVER and from that point dive into the information in the site and increase your knowledge about how to PERMANENTLY lose weight.
