There is a slight element of divine GRACE in health and fitness, although our own actions
determine the results. Where is this ELEMENT of grace you may ask? Answer: Who put in your heart the DESIRE to take care of
yourself? For some people at least, it's pure divine intervention. It came to them from nowhere. Nowhere? Another
subtle advantage of Exercising is that w hen you burn say 100 calories (2 slices o fbread) ... you lose the calories
but keep the nutrients
