Fat tastes good. Health tastes better.

There is a slight element of divine GRACE in health and fitness, although our own actions determine the results. Where is this ELEMENT of grace you may ask? Answer: Who put in your heart the DESIRE to take care of yourself? For some people at least, it's pure divine intervention. It came to them from nowhere. Nowhere?
